🚚 1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders received after business hours are processed the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
📦 2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship all across India through trusted courier partners such as India Post, DTDC, BlueDart, and Delhivery.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery timelines may be slightly longer based on courier availability.
- International shipping will be introduced soon — stay connected for updates.
🕒 3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Rural/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
(Note: Delivery time may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen delays.)
📮 4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery fee will be applied at checkout.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed before payment.
